I LOST MY SF9/ REPORT CARD and my high school institution (private) wont release another.

Hello, incoming 1st year student ako—halfway through my requirements—Pero nag karoon ng aberya; Hindi ko mahanap ung report card ko. 3 months ko sha hinahanap, but I gave up. Since then, nag request ako sa senior high kong pinasukan; (even talked to the principal himself), na hindi na daw sila nag r release ng original copy of report card—due to an odd policy of them. Now im in a predicament. some time this following weeks, ill be going to the admission office ng university na papasukan, ko para ma expedite ko ung existing problem.

I didnt know any better before, akala ko etong mga reprot card can be copy pasta repeatedly.

Now, is this kind of issue common? Where a student struggles to meet the demands in regards sa lost report card. If so, please share me your experience or provide me insights on what should I do accordingly.
