Buyer sent their own packing slip with rude instructions to dropship item for them

So I let the buyer know we don't offer this service, gave them time to cancel, and proceeded to include my own branded and detailed invoice 😊

People need to ask about special arrangements before the sale, not place demands on sellers, and especially not rudely.
