I just went from $23p/h to $18p/h (aud) at my job and i cant believe i can be pais so low

I work Permanent part-time at my retail job that i love but i was being paid a casual wage for a couple of months because my boss took his time getting my contract ready, anyway, finally signed it today and im just in disbelief of how little money im legally allowed to be paid 🫠 so yup thats great
