Walk me through buying a used CT

Thinking of buying a used CT just because I don't have 3-4 months to wait for a new one.

It would obviously come from a random dealer since Tesla only seems to have Beast's available. I really don't understand the warranty process when not purchased from Tesla.

Can anyone who's purchased used offer some insight please & thanks.
