Does anyone know where I can get GPXs for the on road sections of the Erie Canal Trail?

I'm not looking for one big GPX of the whole thing because navigating kills my phone battery and I don't need navigation when I know I just have to follow the trail for 100 miles lol. I'm just looking for GPXs for the 15% or so of the trail where you have to go on roads.

Or alternatively, if anyone knows the start and end points of the road sections I could just throw google maps on to get me to the next canal section.
