Is lnmiit that good?

Just saw this article regarding choosing a college. They have given a tier list of the colleges in this article. So is lnmiit really in the same subtier as nit kurukshetra, nit rourkela, nit silchar, rvce and a tier above thapar, msrit, mit, vit etc? Because i was thinking of picking a lower branch in bits instead of lnmiit cse. Is it that good? Give less preference to fees while commenting because i want the maximum career opportunities regardless of the fess.
