How do you respond when people say do you like my outfit but you think it’s horrendous 🤣

My best friend’s fashion sense is completely different to mine. She sometimes sends me pics of her outfits when she’s all dressed up like ‘I feel like a cool girl rn’ or like her being excited over something she’s bought. We are from different areas of England so her fashion over there is very country, posh farmer type clothes and just so different to what I consider nice or ‘cool girl’ over my way. I’m not saying either is right or wrong it’s just completely different for our areas we live in! Where she thinks she looks cool and trendy, to me it looks outdated frumpy and to me like something that women in their 50s wear not a woman in her 20s. I always panic when responding because I find it hard to fake my reaction but obvs I’m gonna be polite and not tell her I hate what she’s wearing haha! But I find myself stuck for words and just going ‘yeahhh’ and then I feel bad coz I’ve not given her a good response or compliments like u would typically give to friends.
