Shelly automation via Google Home
I've just installed my first Shelly ( licenced electrician, my own home) as a workaround for a two-way switched set of exterior lights that have the switches in an inconvenient position. Unit is a Shelly 1 Gen 3. The actual operation is fine, either by a widget on the Shelly app or integration into Google home. Voice command works fine.
The problem is an Automation I have tried to create in Home. It seems straightforward--I wish to have the lights come on if any of the exterior Nest WiFi cams detect motion bewteen sunset and sunrise. I have set each camera up as a separate Automation. But they don't seem to respond, at least as soon as they detect motion--I can go outside, camera records me, sends a notification, and the lights may come on some time later. Screen shot below, the top part where it is set to Active can't be seen.
