Parking war--harassment at this point

WWYD? Vent/Rant

My neighbors have been harassing me for over a year because I legally park on a public street, and I don't know what to do anymore.

About a year ago, I got my first complaint from the neighbors who live catty-corner to my house. They were upset because I parked my car on the public street in front of their front door (not their driveway). They told me they wanted me to leave that spot open so their guests could park there.

I continued parking there because 1) it's completely legal, 2) nobody owns public street parking, and 3) it's the closest legal parking spot to my house. I also have multiple disabilities that affect my mobility as well as a severe sensitivity to uv rays. So I try my best to park in the closest available spot to reduce how far I have to walk and be exposed to the sun.

A few weeks ago, I found a note on my car asking me, yet again, not to park there. I ignored it because they aren't entitled to reserve public parking for visitors. The street is available for anyone to use as long as the vehicle isn't abandoned.
Here are the exact rules per my HOA, all of which I am in compliance of:
"A vehicle must be parked:
-Outside any crosswalk
-15 ft. or more from a fire hydrant
-Beyond 25 ft. from a Stop sign
-Outside a designated fire lane.
-Beyond 3 ft. of a driveway entrance.
-30 ft. or more from an intersecting street.
-3 ft. or more from the vehicle parked to the front or to the rear.
-With all wheels on street pavement.
-Right wheels to the curb and within 12 inches of the curb.
-Not blocking a public sidewalk, including that portion of the driveway.
-No longer than 72 hrs. without being moved one full vehicle length.
-At a location which provides the width of the open roadway of 8
feet or more."

Apparently they didn't take that well. They came onto my property twice in one day to confront and harass me about it. It got to the point where I had to call the police because they would not leave me alone. After that, I reported the entire situation to my HOA.

Then yesterday I walked out to my car and found a parking violation sticker from the HOA stuck to my rear window. The violation claimed my car had been parked there for over 72 hours. That was completely false. The last time I parked there was Sunday afternoon, and the sticker was placed Tuesday morning I don't have the exact times but it is ~40-45 hours.

I'm almost certain this was reported by the same neighbors because my HOA only enforces parking rules when someone files a complaint. They don't have anyone driving around checking cars every day. I removed the sticker and moved my car down the block just to avoid further issues.

This also isn't the first time they've made false complaints about my vehicle being parker over 72 hours. In the past, they've reported that my car had "been sitting in the same spot for over a week without moving". The problem is that I had in fact been driving the vehicle during that time. Under our parking rules, driving the car resets the 72-hour parking limit, and a vehicle does not have to be parked in an entirely different location afterward. As long as it has been moved and driven, even if it later returns to the same general area or spot, it is not considered abandoned or continuously parked. It feels like they assume that because they see my car parked there frequently, it must never move, which simply isn't true.

At this point, I'm exhausted. This has been going on for over a year, and being disabled, the stress is causing my symptoms to flare up. I feel like I'm being targeted simply because I won't give up a public parking spot that they want for their guests.
Has anyone dealt with something similar?

What options do I have to stop this constant harassment? Is there any way to pursue harassment complaints, trespassing complaints, or HOA action against neighbors who keep making false reports? I'm documenting everything, but I'm wondering what additional steps I should be taking.
