Vegetarian food and music recommendations please!

Hello!

I am going to a party and have to bring a Mongolian dish, and a song from a Mongolian artist from the last 5 years. I would love to hear some suggestions for artists (aside from The Hu), and some vegetarian food options.

Thanks!
