Pelvic scan results

Hi all, mostly just curious whether any one had any thoughts on the findings below from a pelvic ultrasound. Thanks :)

FINDINGS

Uterus is anteverted with heterogeneous echotexture and normal volume 61cc.

There is no focal mass.

Endometrial thickness is 8mm. Cervical length is 31mm.

Ovaries are normal in size 15 follicles on the right, 7 on the left.

Right is mobile. Both are tender.

There is thickening of the right uterosacral ligament.

In the left adnexa, there is congestion of parametrial vein with some reflux.

CONCLUSION

Thickening of the right uterosacral ligament. No other features of deep endometriosis but the ovaries are both tender.

Congestion of left parametrial vein/ovarian vein incompetence.
