Time before EOD for message

They say that you can use your one time call upto 2 weeks before your EOD. Does anyone know what happens if you send a message to them requesting any open positions after that date has lapsed?

Lets say EOD is 6/15 and last inquiry for one time call was 5/30. What will happen if i send them a request now?
