LuggAgent vs Yamato for Luggage Transfer

For luggage forwarding we are staying at a Tokyo Airbnb and I was looking at Yamato but found LuggAgent. LuggAgent seems to be a good fit to pick up directly from Airbnb same day delivery to Haneda. Compared to Yamato where I need to bring my luggage to a drop off place a day before. Does anyone have any experiences to share using the service?
