I just went from $23p/h to $18p/h (aud) at my job and i cant believe i can be paid so low

I work Permanent part-time at my retail job that i love but i was being paid a casual wage for a couple of months because my boss took his time getting my contract ready, anyway, finally signed it today and im just in disbelief of how little money i can legally be paid 🫠 so that's great
