Help me manifest height increase

Please, if you're bothered by other's doubts, respectfully refrain from reading. But if you're able to help, I'm very grateful 🙏🏻

I've been desiring to be taller for a very long while, and I've been on and off from this journey. I've started my journey this june again, and while i am hopeful, i still have my doubts. "Is it actually possible for me to grow taller again?" I want to go from 5'3 to 5'10.

I've been trying to build manifestation muscle by breaking down my goal. For example, instead of aiming for 5'10, I'm aiming for 5'4.

I think I'm dealing with a HUGE mental blockage, a limiting belief that growing taller after your growth has been stopped for years is just impossible, especially being female. I'm trying to prove to myself that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, but this has become a huge battle for me to overcome....

Is it possible? Can it be done? Has anyone actually done it? I do see some success from people, but my "ego" pulls me back every time... like "those people are just affirming by posting "results" online, they haven't actually done it"
