Mech Engineer graduating in 2027, need guidance on career paths in India, and in Europe

Graduating next year from Tier 2 Govt College, I am considering one of the three career paths, MTech in India or Masters in Europe, or take up a job first for few years. (but they r severely underpaid in india)
I am lowkey leaning towards Mtech in India just for IIT tag and comfortable life(money-wise).

My fundamentals of Mech subjects are strong and i am already preparing for GATE ME

Some info about me which might help :
Was in a Formula student club for 2 years and have been to Formula student Germany.
9+ cgpa if that matters.
Ongoing project under college’s faculty in Fluids.
Currently Interning at India’s largest Aluminium company.
very fond of Product design, aesthetics with functionality.

I dont know what i need to prepare for European Unis. What are the chances of European Unis accepting me? also whats the process? i am totally blank on this and when to apply etc. I was thinking of taking some counselling but thought would ask on reddit first. Pls guide me yall.

Guide me on How to apply to european unis such that they stay as a backup if i dont get top IITs.
