Opinions on names for children.
I have 4 children, 4 more planned, plus one more who will be disowned. We really love, like, planets and space and stuff. My current children’s names are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune are planned, plus eventually Pluto who we will disown to remain consistent with our naming theme.
Now my question: I’m not worried about teasing for my current children, they all go by their full names except Mercury. We make her go by Curry because we ordered Indian food the day before she was born and we liked it. I’m wondering about our upcoming children. Is there any chance of teasing? All I can think of is Jupiter being called Poopiter.
Neptune will go by Tooney. Then Uranus will go by either Urine (pronounced Your-in) or Anus (pronounced Innus), so no issues there that I can see.
Then Pluto we won’t care about.
About grandchildren, we would want them named after each planet’s moons. Is it too much to ask to tell Jupiter we want her to have 115 kids, and for Saturn to have 285 kids?
All input welcome if you like space and Indian food.
