Attending another interview 3 weeks after starting my first job

Im a fresh grad (degree) that recently got a job. A few days ago i got a call from another company asking for an interview. I said yes without thinking (dont know whether muscle memory or what lol). At first i was thinking of ignoring this offer. Then i looked deeper into the company and realised it might be a better opportunity. Its a big company, offering a different role to where im at now, theres more annual leave with chance for slightly higher pay and the glassdoor reviews are twice (you read that right, TWICE) as high as the reviews for my current role at my current company (Current company is < 2 stars). I'm now thinking of taking this seriously.

Now to my current job. This company is no slouch, well known in its industry. Obviously im still in probation but the notice period is only 10 days.

Should i jump if i get the offer? My main concern is i don't want the HR and my supervisor to think I wasted their time by handing in my resignation 3 weeks after getting hired. Maybe its inevitable to think that way as a human but wilk i regret it if i move? Both companies are not competitors.

Oh, im singaporean too if that matters.
