I'm posting on behalf of my best friend and her partner, who are looking for a place to rent in Kochi.

Requirements:

- 2BHK preferred (1BHK is also okay)

- No studio/1RK

- Budget: Around ₹15,000/month

- Fully furnished or semi-furnished

- Long-term rental preferred

About the tenants:

- human beings (Unmarried)

- Both employed professionals in their 30s

- Responsible, quiet, and looking for a place they can call home for the next few years

- Excellent payment history and financially stable

We've already spoken to several brokers, but haven't had much luck so far. If any owners here have a suitable property, or if you know someone who does, we'd really appreciate a direct connection.
