ICICI blocked my CC

I had loaded wallet in December and January through mobiquick and transferred to my account. The money was used for loan repayment and rent payment. Bank blocked my card stating commerical/business usage.

I have been following up with them since 2 months now and no resolution. There were several reasons provided , I have raised RBI ombuds today and also had a call with my RM asking for addressing the issue or else I am okay to close my account. I have provided the proof via email with the bank statement and screenshots still they are not willing to unblock the card

I have few loans which are ongoing but nothing has been delayed, I will transfer it to another bank for mandate.
