Why does nobody know how to play T side all of a sudden?

Not just on faceit but in pro games also. Every time a team that starts on CT gets a big lead and it looks like they are in a different league from their opponents but then the sides switch and its a whole different story. I see this especially on mirage T side and I dont understand how is that possible.
