SAR failures/ GDRP breaches with multiple companies

I have been asked by my GP to get some info from mounjaro treatments I have taken. Mounjaro works great, but I am doing a full health screening (extra paid) and they asked when was I subscribed mounjaro, it's mg etc.

So I have sent a GDPR SAR request to all providers 1 month ago.

I have 7 providers so far I have used.

6 of them failed to disclose information.

Just a heads up to people, being medical information, they must hold it and I should be able to access it. I did not just ask for my Mounjaro prescription copy, but I requested all data hold for the sole purpose of me knowing more.

Currently, I am seeking legal advice, because it really seems like, that these companies are not legitimately process data, let alone pictures where your body is visible and been sent.

Thought I would share this.

Only 1 provider, called, stated they are on the job, and two weeks later, I got multiple PDFs sent to me, with all information, as it should be.

Not good.
