ISO PC - Easy 2d platformer, but with simple graphics and high contrast

I know this is a strangely specific request. I am legally blind, and liked playing games like Mario or Donkey Kong, although those got pretty difficult for me. I would like suggestions for games that have simple, high contrast graphics, no fog, no overly obnoxious bloom, simple graphics, could be vector even. Black or very dark background, popping platforms, enemies and character... to maximize the "high contrast" bit.

It doesn't even have to be a 2d platformer, either. The biggest requirement is high contrast, visibility.

So, what games come to mind when you think "oh that's super easy to see, even my great grandmother could play it"?

I gave Ori a try a long time ago, on the Xbox, but I may have been too far away at the time.
