Do you actually take time to reflect on your progress?

Here’s a Reddit-ready version:

Do you believe in regularly reflecting on you’re working toward?

How easy it is to just keep going without really stopping to check in. You set a goal, start working toward it, and then life gets busy. Before you know it, weeks or months pass and you’re not even sure if you’re still moving in the right direction.

Do you do any kind of self-reflection? Like daily, a weekly check-in, or setting a goal for one or two weeks and then reviewing how it went?

Or are you more the type to just keep pushing forward and adjust as you go?

What actually works for people. Do regular check-ins help you stay focused, or do they just feel like another work?
