I laugh hysterically while crying

It's started some time around last year and now it's happening a lot. I've been through a lot of stress and mental trauma because of which I used to cry a lot. I used to cry almost everyday since the beginning of last year when I moved in with my husband. I moved back with my parents about two months ago but I noticed that recently when I cry way too much, I suddenly start laughing uncontrollably. It usually happens in the middle of the night when I cannot sleep because of overthinking. Makes me think that I'm probably losing my mind.
