Token usage

Hello! I have a question regarding the token usage. I usually try not to overpass the 2k as permanent tokens, but my latest bot had somewhat of a huge intro so the total tokens went up to 4k.

My question is. For that 2k line, should I consider not to overpass it with the permanent tokens or the total tokens?

(Btw. Sorry for my bad English. English it's not my first language.)
