1.5 months to step 2. Anxious

I just gave my first NBME (9) and scored 62%. Didn’t do any CMS forms, UW 86% done. Where do I go from here? Is it realistic to sit for the exam in 7 weeks’ time? What do I do to get to the 250-260 range. I’m willing to work my a** off the next 7 weeks. Just need someone who’s been in my shoes to tell me what to do! For Background I’m a non US IMG with average foundational knowledge.
