NieR Replicant PC - First time playthrough (any recommended tips/mods?) (dedicated M&K player)

Like the title suggests, this will be my first time playing NieR Replicant (PC). I just recently completed Automata (PC) and got all the achievements and am looking to start Replicant next. For automata I used the following mods to make it more of a definitive experience.

- Automata LodMod

- Upscaled videos (4K 60fps)

- Wolf's Automata eXtensions (WAX)

- Grid Overlay + Film Grain Removal

- Home Menu Texture Compression Fix

- Prologue Checkpoints

- NieR Automata Input Overhaul Mod (NAIOM) (I play M&K)

- HD Texture Pack

- HD Texture Pack (Fonts Fix)

- Visual enhancements for 2B, A2, 9S, PODS (ANDROIDS REMASTERED)

Before I start playing Replicant, are there any recommended mods that I need to install? I have heard the mention of Special K as primarily all I would need.

NAIOM was required for me to play using M&K as the vanilla M&K controls are terrible. I am not sure if this is the case in Replicant or not.

Anyways... any suggestions or tips would be appreciated!
