Help me get a remote job 😭

I work in Technical support currently and I have a job that I go to in person which pays decent for the country I am in but I work for a big company through a third party that keeps like 85% of the money that they give for a single employee which is hella bad especially when I'm always helping out old people with all sorts of tech related issues unfortunately that giant company doesn't hire directly from Pakistan, I'm 20 and currently doing my bachelors in IT, would appreciate any suggestions and would love an opportunity for remote work that pays at least decent
