PGDDRM Course vs School Counselor

I have just completed my Masters In Psychology and thinking for PGDDRM COURSE from SNDT PUNE which is RCI REGISTERED and RECOGNIZED.

Also I have two interviews lined up for School Counselors post.

I am complete fresher I'm confused whether I choose School Counselor Job or take up with course and do Internships.

(I am interested with both I always saw myself in School Counselor post but if seen realistically RCI registered course would help me with more financially and open new opportunities)

I have taken up course for upscaling My skills as a Counselling Psychologist too and is under the supervision also.

Thinking of starting PRO BONOS too soonest.

Please if someone have any idea and could help me please I would be really Grateful!!
