Reward

My account has been restricted from taking surveys, but I still have 1,202 points ($12.02) in my balance. When I try to redeem my reward, I receive a technical error. Could you please check whether I can withdraw my existing balance? I mean I spend hours of time to those points even I think I should get at least a part of them:(
