SBi Cashback - Bill Payment (5.4% ??) Cred + Amazon Pay

Can i purchase Amazon Pay GC from cred at 0.4% off using SBI CB credit card (5%) and pay my utility bills - electricity, prepaid, gas, broadband using Amazon Pay balance?

If there any conviniene fee or i get 0.4% + 5% CB ?
