[Fluff] is divine kai really an overrated or actually good?

I've seen people ranking her in the 25s and I see people disagree and say she's just average bad. I've had her for a month and she is just better than I thought. Her performance was past my expectations. Not only she has around a million health against floating and akus (Talent) and also being able to tank traits that are not her counter. She's probably top 5 in my Uber collections but what do you guys think?
