What makes these gloves worth $?
I made these mostly by luck a couple days ago, but the staggering palm projectiles build I envisioned for martial artist isn't scaling well. Part of the problem is that I didn't realize nova projectiles II was changed to have a cooldown.
People online are having a blast with hollow form + whirling assault. But those clones don't proc power charge on crit (fists of stone conversion of arcane surge suffix), so what makes similar gloves as this go for 100-200div?
I'm trying to figure out what build possibilities I'm overlooking. Without fists of stone, you wouldn't want arcane surge suffix in place of attack speed or something else–right?
