Question about DLC upgrade.

I have purchased the base game on steam, and now want to upgrade it to premium. I see two options, I buy the “FO6 Expansions Bundle” on steam, or the “FO6 Premium upgrade bundle” through Xbox.

I have concerns with both though, does the steam one give me the current stuff, or just future packs that release?

And would the Xbox one even link to my game since I own it on steam? It’s the same Xbox account steam has me play through, so I’d hope so?
