I’m exploring the idea of opening a fast-food cafe in the Nodia and would love some local insights.

I’m looking for locations that have:

1. Good footfall throughout the day
2. A mix of students, office-goers, and families
3. Reasonable rental costs
4. Potential for food delivery (Zomato/Swiggy) as well as walk-in customers
5. Not overly saturated with major fast-food chains

My budget is limited, so I’m trying to find areas that offer a good balance between rent and customer traffic.
