Why do some women get offended at the question “what do you bring to the table?”?
As men we are taught at an early age to be a man that a woman would want. The question “Why should a woman want to be with you?” Is asked of us a lot. I guess women are taught the same thing because why do so many get offended when you ask them what they bring to the table? It is a valid question to say “Why should a man want to be with you?” I mean if I’m going to marry a woman and spend the rest of my life with her. I think I should know her values, whether she wants kids or not, how she envisions parenting etc. It’s like some women just don’t like when men have standards. If they get offended at the question that’s telling me they don’t bring anything to the table other than their looks. I even had a discussion with 2 women before and they thought that them having a vagina was enough to attract a good man. Like seriously? What are people teaching their daughters nowadays.
