Dragonfi BDO withdrawal invalid account number

Good day, may I ask po if anyone tried withdrawing their funds from dragonfi to BDO? I tried withdrawing yesterday but it went unsuccessful due to invalid account number. I’m sure the account number is correct though since I can send money to that same number via other banks. I’ve reached out to them about this as well but they just replied to make sure I inputted the account number and not the card number. I’m sure I inputted the 12-digit account number correct though and not the card number. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance!
