Kraken is holding my crypto withdrawal worth $230000 for days after successful security questionnaire. No response!!

Hi everyone,
I initiated a withdrawal 5 days ago. It went into “pending” and then I received the security review email. I filled out and submitted the questionnaire immediately (about 4 days ago)
Since then, withdrawal is still restricted. I received vague replies from support saying “we are doing our best to get it finalized” but no timeline, nothing. They did hoewever release my fiat withdrawal of around 1000 bucks, but arent releasing my crypto withdrawal despite the address being whitelisted and belonging to me. I have been using Kraken for years, zero issues.

This is a significant amount for me and this delay is causing major inconvenience. Has anyone experienced similar delays recently? How long did it take for your review to clear after submitting the questionnaire?
Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.
