New Member of the Kin

Hi everyone, for the last months i have started collecting some Models, mainly Einhyr Champion and Hearthguard + some steeljacks, for 11th Edition i was planning on expanding my army and by some "Arcane" methods i have found myself with a Seventh Steeljack, i was thinking of converting him into a Memnyr Strategist or Steeljack Elder, I think it would be a good idea since i seem to remember that Crucible Characters will be usable still in 11th edition, any tips for models to add?
