How in the hell, is one bad rating from a psychopath, going to tank my rating this bad? I’ve only gotten 21 reviews in hundreds and hundreds of orders because most of the numbskull farm animals in my city just want their overpriced slop and don’t care or think to rate.

The ratings hit you take for not accepting laughable no-tip offers just because you were the unlucky driver to get offered it first before it got cycled down the line 100 times and turned into an offer even slightly worth doing. Bro how are you going to punish me for not doing this job for free or at a cost to myself? It should be illegal how unfair that concept is. “Oh, you’re not going to take a 40 mile round trip for $2.10? Too bad! Guess your ratings gonna take a hit” in what galaxy is that concept even remotely fair?

Had to un-assign from 3 orders, out of this latest batch of 100, for honest “accidental accept” situations, how is it justifiable to put that information in a rating system and have it make your driver’s experience with your company even worse than it already is with your criminally low base pay on 99% of your offers?

Every single one of those declined offers were declined for justifiable and entirely reasonable and logical reasons, I don’t do slave labor (aka charity) for a 900 million dollar company, or any company for that matter. It should be criminal.

How long has this garbage rating system been a thing? Has it ever been worse than it is now?
