Could I get Game Maker exe files to run on a high end device?

I know proper games are out of the window for windows emulation, however, I'm obsessed with IWBTG and was wondering if there could be a way to run them on my Retroid Pocket 5 (which runs android), as they are not very demanding in the slightest.
