Microneedling Question for those who are extremely fair/sensitive skin

Hi ladies, I am 41 years old and I am interested in getting some microneedling done but I am terrified. I am extremely fair skinned and anything traumatic to my skin makes it swell and turn bright red. I am wondering if any of you have the same kind of skin type as me an have undergone microneedling. How long did it take for your face to calm down. How many days would I need to be out of office. Yes, everyone is different but if you have pictures as well that would be helpful.
