Need a web dev team in Nashville, current site looks outdated and is costing us clients

hey folks, hoping someone here has been through this and can point me in the right directionI run a small interior design studio in Nashville

we work with homeowners and small commercial spaces, and honestly our website is embarrassing at this point, it was built maybe six years ago, looks nothing like our actual work, loads slow on phones, and I've had potential clients tell me directly they weren't sure we were still in business after visiting it

I've been reaching out to a few companies that offer website development service and trying to figure out what a realistic budget and timeline looks like for a proper rebuild, something clean, fast, easy to update myself, and that actually shows off our portfolio the right way

happy to work remotely but Nashville or anywhere in Tennessee is where we'd prefer someone based, thanks in advance for any advice😄
