Lightning strike killed PSU and 3 USB ports, will it spread over time?

A lightning strike hit and it fried my PSU, I replaced it but now I've noticed 3 USB ports are either dead or severely weakened and won't hold a connection, everything else seems to be working as before GPU, CPU and RAM as well as all of my SSDs all seem to be in original working order, is there anything I need to worry about or look out for over time? Especially with my motherboard. MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max, is there any lingering damages that can develop?
