Temu shipment coming in that I didnt order

So I’ve had a real slow shipment about three weeks from Temu and I definitely did not order anything. Asked grok and they said it’s a brushing scam? I’ve been a part of two seperate data breaches, trans union and a former employee and I’m not sure if this is related to that or perhaps some Temu seller got my address directly and is sending me stuff.

Is there any harm in this? Is it going to be pure junk? What should I do.
