Soreness- tips?

**NOT LOOKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE JUST TIPS** took my first dose of KLOW last night and I had my husband pin in my upper glutes. The shot didnt hurt at all since I diluted with bw but this morning it hurts! Any tricks to make it not sore the next day??
