First time doing this kind of project, idk even if it is a project

I recently started using my nice big brain 🧠 to make my own Frame. I've only made up a kit of abilities so far, trying to make it strong and fun at it's role and thematic. I want y'all's opinion on this, what should i change or add, if the idea sounds nice overall... I'll type the abilities here as well if anyone finds reading my text difficult.

Warframe Concept: PHYLAX

Passive: Phylax boosts, his and allies', health regeneration and armor whenever they are around him. Additionally, uppon switching to the operator, Phylax will follow from above attracting the enemy's attention to him. If the operator switches back to Phylax before his health is completely depleted, then Phylax will blind the enemies around him.

1. Vital Enhancement: steal 30% of the enemy's health to boost yours.

2. Spiked Heart: Any enemy that attacks Phylax gets 70% of the damaged reflected back at them.

3. Soul Cleanse: Create a shockwave that pushes enemies away and removes all status effects from Phylax.

4. Hand of Phylax: Phylax slams his hand on the ground, summoning other energy hands in an area around him. They grab enemies in that area stunning them and inflicting them Void status effect.

My general idea is a kind of Tank and Self support for this Frame. In terms of aesthetic, I'm looking something that gives off calmness but at the same time fear. I'm still trying to think of the basic design, I'm not sure what I want it to look like. I've thought about a beast type look, like Voruna and Uriel, or maybe an expressive design, hood, mask, cloak, I don't know yet.
