Mass Marketing to Relevant Affiliates/Influencers/Creators

Im struggling to mass market my product and affiliate program to affiliates. In order for the affiliate program to work, instead of hand picking and cold outreach, advertising the program was a better idea but struggled what is the best platform (linkedin, meta, reddit, X, or other platforms) and approach to mass market them to the right audience? Is this possible with current outlook of social media or other available platforms? If someone who actually succeeded this share some tips and experience I would really appreciate it.

Target affiliate profile: Decent sizes audienced AI tools and products refering influencers, creators and developers.

My product is both working as Perplexity AI, Photoshop and AI LLM router (infrastructure)
