Anyone here using PuzzleInbox for cold email inboxes?

I just wanted to ask, as I have been having some mailbox problems with other Azure suppliers. I have been seeing the firm PuzzleInbox for a while for gws and office 365 inboxes. Anyone using them? If yes, how are they performing?
